Limited edition rhinestone scrunchie! The scrunchie has a diameter of approximately 11 cm. The Arctic Triumph scrunchie features two rows of rhinestones, with additional rhinestones evenly scattered between them.

The base of the scrunchie is made of shiny royal blue fabric, and the embellishment is done with holographic rhinestones.
